Combining both conceptual and experiential business learning methods, our trainees will develop management competencies and attributes that will help them succeed in their career within the Group. For their success becomes the success of the Group as well.

Gaining conceptual knowledge of the business means undergoing exciting workshops, personal readings and classroom orientations and sessions to develop the trainees' strategic perspectives in four areas: finance, customer, internal processes and learning and growth through appreciation of the human, information and organization capitals. The purpose of these grounding sessions is to build creative and strategic thinking early on in the trainees' career.

Experiential business learning entails assigning the trainees in various on-the-job exposures to the different business units and affiliates of the Group. This will provide the trainees actual observation and participation in the day-to-day operation of the business with the intent of sharpening their specific competencies critical to the achievement of the company's results.

Built into the program is a systematic process of coaching and constant feedback-giving to ensure that the trainees' indentified areas for development are effectively and immediately addressed.

At the end of the management trainee's program, trainees will be assigned to functional areas where their areas of strength will be best actualized to add optimum value to the bussiness unit in particular; and to the Group, in general.
