Great Giant Livestock (GGL)
GGL is one of the largest cattle feedlot in Indonesia. GGL can process 30,000 heads per cycle or 100,000 heads annually.
Established in 1990 in Lampung, GGL operates within GGP’s plantation area of 30,000 hectares.
GGL follows strict animal welfare practice and has a strong customer base with 32 supply chain partners approved by Australia’s DAFF (Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry).
As part of the Gunung Sewu Agribusiness “Green” Synergies", GGL processes pineapple peel from GGP and tapioca waste from UJA into cattle feed. And GGL provides cattle manure to GGP which in turn processes it as fertilizer for its pineapple plantation.
